We’re selective because we’re serious about your success. The iBoost franchise award process is structured to ensure every new owner is aligned with our values, ready to lead, and fully equipped to grow.
A Multi-Step Process
Becoming an iBoost Talent franchisee begins with a conversation, not a contract. From your first call with our team, we take time to get to know you, your goals, your experience, and your vision for business ownership. You’ll also have the opportunity to evaluate us just as thoroughly.
You’ll move through multiple touchpoints, including:
A discovery call with our franchise development team
Completion of a franchisee interest profile
Deep-dive meetings to review the business model, infrastructure, and support
A market and financial overview
Q&A sessions with leadership and active franchisees
Each step is designed to help both sides evaluate alignment — not just capability, but mindset and mission.
iBoost Does Not ‘Sell’ Franchises
Some companies will hand over a franchise to anyone who qualifies financially. That’s not our model. iBoost Talent awards franchises to entrepreneurs we believe in — those who share our franchisee-first philosophy and are serious about long-term growth.
Our approach is all about partnership. We grow when you grow. That’s why every franchise award is intentional and strategic.
Requirements for Consideration
While iBoost Talent doesn’t expect candidates to have prior staffing experience, we do look for:
- Demonstrated leadership ability and business acumen
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
- Adequate financial resources (starting investment range: $65,750-$200,000)
You don’t have to check every box, but you do need to bring the drive, curiosity, and integrity that define successful iBoost owners.

Discovery day is a cornerstone of the award process. It’s your chance to meet our executive team, visit our headquarters, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how the iBoost Talent system works.
You’ll walk away with:
- A clear understanding of our franchisee-first support model
- Face-to-face conversations with the team that will back your success
- The confidence to decide whether this opportunity is the right fit for you
Just as importantly, we’ll be evaluating whether we believe you’re the right fit to represent the iBoost brand in your market.

Once awarded, your journey begins immediately. Our 90-day launch roadmap is built to get you operational fast with structure, support, and clear milestones.
Week 1: Instructor-led training for you and two team members
Weeks 2-4: Field-based training and territory planning
Month 2: Client acquisition, candidate sourcing, and tech onboarding
Month 3: Full market launch with back-office integration and mentorship
