Don G. King, the founder of iBoost Talent, began his career in staffing in the 1980s, quickly recognizing that true innovation comes from the field, not from corporate boardrooms. Over the decades, Don built a reputation as a disruptive force in the industry, earning national recognition and serving as a franchise developer across the Southeastern U.S. His leadership championed a revolutionary field-first philosophy — one that prioritized entrepreneurial innovation and performance over traditional hierarchical control.

In 2001, Don launched Impact Workforce Solutions (IWS), a workforce solutions company that reimagined how organizations attract, retain, and optimize talent. Through innovative workforce strategies and a relentless focus on improving quality of life, IWS became a trusted partner to manufacturers, distributors, and logistics companies across the country.

As labor challenges continued to evolve, Don recognized that the future of workforce solutions would require more than people alone. In 2026, he expanded the company’s vision by launching Impact Robotics, helping businesses integrate autonomous robotics alongside their workforce to solve labor shortages, improve productivity, and create safer, more efficient operations.
