Who is iBoost Talent?
iBoost Talent is a next-generation staffing franchise built on a franchisee-first model. What is an FDD?
The Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) is a legal document required by the Federal Trade Commission. It provides all the details about the iBoost Talent franchise opportunity, including fees, financial performance, obligations, and more. You’ll receive a copy early in our award process and have ample time to review it before making any decisions.
How fast will I be profitable?
Federal law governs what we can say about financial performance. For detailed information regarding the historic financial performance of our franchise system, please refer to Item 19 of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which we will provide to you after you complete the iBoost Talent application.
What about staff?
You don’t need a large team to start. We recommend that each office open with a recruiter, a salesperson or account executive, and an administrative support person. Ideally, the owner will be the salesperson, but if resources permit, you can hire for that role as well. You choose the size, structure, and culture of your team based on your market needs and personal goals. And since iBoost Talent doesn’t require a brick-and-mortar location, you have even more flexibility in how you structure operations from day one.
Who solves problems?
Business is all about solving problems. Think of them as an opportunity to demonstrate you and your team’s commitment to client satisfaction! Service and worksite problems are generally solved locally. Remember, you’ll always have your developer to help you resolve the issue amicably. Transactional issues like an incorrect invoice, pay rate, or other billing or payroll-related issue will be resolved by the iBoost Talent back-office team with your assistance. Regardless of the issue, you’re supported by an experienced group with the tools and expertise to resolve the problem.
What if I want out?
We understand life happens. If you decide to exit, we’ll work with you to identify options — whether that means resale, transition to another owner, or a mutually agreed-upon wind-down process.
What is the iBoost franchise model?
It’s a franchisee-first, tech-enabled, low-overhead model designed for speed, scalability, and profitability. With full back-office support and flexible service lines, you can grow in a way that works for you, not someone else’s playbook.
What technology do you use?
You’ll have access to ATS, CRM, communication, and reporting tools — plus proprietary systems developed by our team. Everything is designed for ease-of-use, speed, and transparency.
Is my territory exclusive or protected?
Yes, both. Every franchisee is awarded an exclusive, protected territory based on real market data. We don’t overlap territories, and we work with you to make sure your area offers substantial opportunity. If iBoost expands into an adjacent market, we recognize where client relationships originated and encourage collaboration between offices to preserve value and trust.
Can I open additional offices?
Absolutely. Many iBoost franchisees expand into multi-unit or multi-office models. If growth is your goal, we’ll support your path and help you map out expansion plans strategically.
Do I need staffing experience?
Not at all. Some of our best operators come from corporate, sales, operations, or entrepreneurial backgrounds. If you’re coachable, driven, and people-focused, you’ll do just fine — with our help.
