Don G. King, the founder of iBoost Talent, began his career in staffing in the 1980s, quickly recognizing that true innovation comes from the field, not from corporate boardrooms. Over the decades, Don built a reputation as a disruptive force in the industry, earning national recognition and serving as a franchise developer across the Southeastern U.S. His leadership championed a revolutionary field-first philosophy — one that prioritized entrepreneurial innovation and performance over traditional hierarchical control.

In 2001, Don launched Impact Workforce Solutions (IWS), a tech-enabled professional services firm that fundamentally reimagined how to engage and optimize human capital. As Don built IWS into a successful enterprise through strategic innovation, his disruptive success inevitably triggered defensive responses from the established industry order, who unsuccessfully attempted to challenge the Impact model.

Working tirelessly against entrenched industry forces and an eventual separation from the old paradigm, Don doubled down on his core belief: that true scalability comes from empowering entrepreneurs who challenge conventional thinking. Over the next five years, he focused on developing a franchise platform that would fundamentally disrupt the staffing industry — one that empowers innovators, supports growth through strategic disruption, and delivers unprecedented value to the workforce by refusing to accept the limitations of traditional models.
