Our History
The seeds of iBoost Talent were planted long before its official launch. In 2001, Don founded Impact Workforce Solutions (IWS) — a tech-enabled workforce solutions firm that disrupted the staffing industry by challenging the limitations of legacy models. As IWS grew into a national force, Don saw a need for something even more entrepreneurial: a franchise platform that democratized access to scalable staffing success.
